Narrative Description of Project: The Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) on behalf of FDRE has allocated funds for the construction works of Mentamir-Metehbila-Metehara Design and Build Road Project and signed an Agreement with ZhongMei Engineering Group Ltd of China.Accordingly TACT Engineering Group is assigned as the consultant to undertake the detail design of all major and minor structures and other highway structures for the Design and Build road project which is 83 km Since the project road crosses the Ethio-Djibouti rail line
